Victor co-founded Plutonic Zoo in 2001 and serves as its Managing Director. Plutonic Zoo was formed in 2001 to provide impartial IT professional services that complement clients with expertise to plan and implement projects professionally, and to recover projects that have become difficult.
Victor brings to Plutonic Zoo over 20 years experience in IT, Telecommunications and Internet industries. Prior to setting up Plutonic Zoo he worked with Tata Enterprises, AT&T, Lucent Technologies and Computer Sciences Corporation in project management, marketing, sales, and regional management roles. Victor has worked and lived in Australia, The Netherlands, Denmark, India, and China.
Victor is people oriented and has a curious and analytical mind, which gives him interest in analysing complex situations in order to create practical ideas for organisations and individuals, and follow these through to successful outcomes.
Victor holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology, The Netherlands, and is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).

| Ken Methven: Director Delivery

Ken co-founded Plutonic Zoo in 2001 and serves as its Director Delivery.
Plutonic Zoo was formed in 2001 to provide impartial IT professional services that complement clients with expertise to plan and implement projects professionally, and to recover projects that have become difficult.
Ken has worked in Information Technology for over 30 years, including 14 years in senior management positions with global corporations. He has formed and provided leadership to teams that have ranged from small project groups to Corporate Divisions of over 200 people.
Ken has a background in business analysis, software engineering, and systems architecture in banking, commercial eBusiness, and in government. He has particular experience in Internet Banking, Intranets, Content Management, Document Management and collaborative tools, and has managed projects of all sizes up to $100m+. Ken has also initiated and managed start-up organisational units in Sales and Marketing, Infrastructure, Technical Support, and Development and productising of new service lines.
Ken has developed a broad and practical perspective and insight on business processes, the synergy with technology and the possibilities and limitations of current software and hardware products to enable change and deliver return on investment.

| Jian Wang: Regional Manager New South Wales and ACT

Jian serves as regional manager and is based in New South Wales.
Jian is an accomplished IT Project Manager with experience in the development of technology-focused products including an enterprise-level, web-based laboratory information management system, scientific image analysis software and various large and small laboratory instruments.
Jian has experience in managing programs of projects with individual project budget frequently exceeding $1m, and experience in international sales and marketing and business development in Asia including setting up distributing channels, managing business agreements and contracts, providing business and technical support to distributors, organizing and participating marketing activities including representing the company in industry trade shows, direct customer visiting and designing marketing materials, and continuously expanding business partnerships.
He has managed high performance teams of 20 or more including scientists, software developers and junior managers.

| Yuri Korin: Regional Manager Queensland

Yuri serves as a regional manager and is based in Queensland.
Yuri is an experienced and capable information technology professional with nearly thirty years experience. He has considerable exposure to a wide range of software applications and environments and has operated from programmer through analyst and leadership roles. He has worked with a wide range of platforms including PC's, midrange and mainframe systems.
Yuri has also had experience is a wide range of industries including; Manufacturing, Processing/Packaging/Distribution, Banking/Consumer Finance, Computer Software Sales/Support, Hospitality, Wholesale and Retail Travel Management, Insurance and Share Broking.
